Tera Cluster support parallel applications by MPI (Message Passing Interface). There are 5 types of MPI compliers in Tera.

• MPICH for GNU Compiler - MPI-1 implementation for GNU Compiler
• MPICH for Intel Compiler - MPI-1 implementation for Intel Compiler (Only if you need to compile program with Intel Compiler)
• MPICH2 for GNU Compiler - MPI-2 implementation for GNU Compiler
• MPICH2 for Intel Compiler - MPI-2 implementation for Intel Compiler (Only if you need to compile your MPI-2 program with Intel Compiler)
• MVAPICH for infiniband - MPI-1 implementation for Infiniband
